Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order, so if anything goes wrong, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it right.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering if you change your mind. We may also accept cancellations up to point of dispatch - please contact us to confirm. 

Please note that once your order has been signed and packed (if personalised) we are unable to cancel it. 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS (ALL CUSTOMERS)

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo clearly showing the issue.

In line with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where an item is faulty.

We will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund (for minor damage, if agreed)

Store credit may also be offered as an option, but this is entirely optional.

If a return is required, we will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items.

For international (including USA) orders, we may not require the item to be returned and will instead offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

LOST ORDERS (ALL CUSTOMERS)

If your order hasn’t arrived within:

  • UK: 10 working days after dispatch

  • USA: 20 working days after dispatch

please get in touch.

We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

CHANGE OF MIND (UK & USA)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition

Please contact us before returning any items.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

This applies to both UK and international (including USA) orders.

We will refund:

  • The cost of the item

  • The standard outbound delivery cost (UK orders only, as required by law)

Any upgraded shipping options are non-refundable.

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for personalised items.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES (USA ORDERS)

Orders shipped to the United States may occasionally incur import fees or handling charges. Please see our Shipping Policy for a detailed breakdown on our USA shipping arrangements. 

Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund these charges.
